Fabrics & Trims Return Policy

Fabrics and trims are not returnable.  Notions, buttons, appliques or anything sold as a whole item may be exchanged for a store credit (less shipping fees).  No refunds.

Jewelry Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds on purchases.

All sales are final.

Should your product be damaged during transit to you, please contact us immediately on the same day of receipt of the delivery at lishkarafabrics@gmail.com

Please note the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.  If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges incurred by Lishkara Fabrics.  Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.

UNDERSTANDING OUR PRICING:

lishkara-fabrics.ca and Lishkara Fabrics Inc. retail store operate separately. This means that the products and prices offered at each may be different.

For example:

lishkaraonline.com might carry something not offered in store.

A necklace set may be priced differently in the store than on lishkara-fabrics.ca.

Similarly, promotional offers (such as coupons and additional discounts) offered at one may not be used at the other.
